Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching technology strategy and roadmap for our 2026 product launches.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Conduct market foresight analysis to identify emerging trends in AI, spatial computing, and green tech.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future tech initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators.
- Oversee the R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources toward high-impact projects.
- Present quarterly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or advanced R&D roles.
- Proven track record of launching innovative, future-facing products from concept to market.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Web3, and Spatial Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing, remote-first engineering teams.
