Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Architect and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning tech stack evolution with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for specialized, futuristic roles, including AI Architects and Quantum Engineers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to predict future skill requirements and organizational needs.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of technical recruiters, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological strategies to executive leadership and engineering teams effectively.
- Innovation Labs: Partner with R&D to pilot experimental technologies and integrate them into the corporate workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and delivering results ahead of schedule.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Network: Extensive professional network within the tech and engineering communities.
