Responsibilities
- Architect the strategic vision for technologies anticipated in 2026 and beyond, focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging paradigms and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Identify high-impact R&D opportunities aligned with global market trends and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term foresight into actionable quarterly roadmaps.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems.
- Monitor competitive landscape to ensure technological leadership in the evolving digital ecosystem.
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and advanced prototyping initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-tech, R&D, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies and managing complex portfolios.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, Neural Networks, and autonomous agent architectures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear pathways forward.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and performance forecasting.
