Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategy for our technological evolution, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements to reach our 2026 vision.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine their viability and integration potential by 2026.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge relationships with tech leaders, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve and gain early access to cutting-edge innovations.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the Research and Development division, ensuring alignment between short-term product goals and long-term 2026 objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to translate the 2026 vision into actionable product strategies.
- Investment & Resource Allocation: Evaluate and direct capital and talent investment toward high-impact projects that drive the company forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technology leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance visionary thinking with practical, execution-focused project management.
