Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation goals with business objectives.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning across all business units to drive efficiency and revenue.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics, Spatial Computing) with high ROI potential.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define product innovation strategies and ensure technical feasibility.
- Oversee the transformation of legacy systems into scalable, future-proof architectures capable of supporting global expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology strategists and futurists.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Quantum Leap Dynamics maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, with at least 3 years in a Director-level or C-suite capacity.
- Proven expertise in implementing AI-driven solutions, predictive analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of global tech trends and their impact on market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value for stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technological transitions.
