Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Certification in Agile or Strategic Planning is a plus.
