Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technological milestones with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) with potential for high-impact deployment.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and industry thought leaders to drive adoption.
- Oversee the budget allocation and resource planning for long-term R&D initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading complex, long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
