Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
