Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements using stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and propose process improvements
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Track project progress and communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Support UAT testing and documentation of business processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
