Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements using stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop clear, concise reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Support project lifecycle activities including testing, implementation, and post-launch reviews
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization strategies
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project scope and deliverables
- Maintain and analyze datasets using SQL and Excel to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) or willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
- Agile methodology exposure or willingness to adopt iterative development practices
