Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 1-2 years internship or academic experience in business analysis or data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
