Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track KPIs
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools for data visualization
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams with clear data-backed insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies a plus
