Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and requirements
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
- Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to gather cross-functional requirements
- Assist in creating business cases and ROI analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
