Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Excel/BI tools
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
