Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Support Agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
