Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Create clear, concise documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance phases of software development projects to ensure business needs are met.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
