Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements

- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements traceability matrices
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear visualizations
Qualifications
