Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Assist in the creation of process maps, data models, and user stories using industry-standard methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in tracking project milestones to ensure deliverables are met.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a strong advantage.
