Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Support UAT testing and provide feedback during implementation phases
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure preferred
