Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in the testing and QA phases to ensure software solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Bridge the communication gap between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL basics) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is highly desirable.
