Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements using BPMN and UML modeling
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flowsConduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate JAD sessions
- Translate technical requirements into business-friendly language
- Support QA testing and UAT coordination
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards in Tableau
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a business representative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or internship experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects preferred
