Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
- Create process flows, user stories, and data models using industry-standard tools
- Analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools preferred

- San Diego residency or willingness to relocate
