Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Assist in the design and documentation of process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement strategies.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with IT developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements into software solutions.
- Monitor project milestones and provide status updates to project managers and clients.
- Participate in quality assurance testing to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SQL or programming concepts (Python/R is a plus but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
