Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and gather detailed business requirements from various stakeholders, including management, developers, and clients.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including process flows, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and define project scope effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
