Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new software development projects.
- Create and maintain process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes to visualize system functionality.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting using SQL and Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand pain points and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance phases, ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to project managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
