Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows.
- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to management and clients.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
