Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements.
- Data Analysis Support: Collect, organize, and analyze data to help identify trends and process improvements.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation and user stories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Availability: Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
