Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements and processes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in the analysis of data trends to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support the testing and quality assurance phases to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Visio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data modeling concepts is a plus.
- A passion for continuous learning and a drive to improve business efficiency.
