Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executive team including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare and distribute corporate communications, memos, and presentations
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain confidential records
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training programs
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
