Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation using Jira/Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Monitor project budgets and timelines while identifying risks
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders
- Assist in refining project processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced tech environments
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
