Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment
- Track project milestones using JIRA and Asana while maintaining accurate documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies for assigned projects
- Create and maintain project status reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge preferred
- PMI CAPM certification a plus
