- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Support stakeholder communication through presentations and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles
