The Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with clients to understand their needs and providing solutions that drive business success. No prior sales experience is required; we will teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM database.
- Attend daily training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- No prior sales experience necessary—willingness to learn is key.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Access to a computer and stable internet connection for remote work tasks.
