Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor invoice processing
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key performance metrics
- Manage office supply inventory and equipment maintenance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
- Minimum 3 years corporate administrative support experience
