- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and validate future business models through rapid prototyping and scenario planning
- Chair cross-functional innovation pods including R&D, product, and venture teams
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and partnerships
- Maintain competitive intelligence ecosystem using advanced analytics tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, corporate strategy, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025 roadmap execution)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or innovation methodologies
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
