Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future business models
- Analyze global trends and disruptors to identify innovation opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation in 2026+ ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough technologies from lab to market
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation consulting or corporate strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
