Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for organizational tools, identifying emerging technologies that will define the next era of work.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the deployment and optimization of AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making across all departments.
- Remote & Hybrid Evolution: Design scalable frameworks for hybrid work environments, ensuring equity, collaboration, and connectivity for distributed teams.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Partner with C-suite executives to drive digital adoption, measuring impact and iterating on strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Process Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks and architect automated solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and advanced scripting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Operations Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs), Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and SaaS ecosystems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable business roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
