Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Optimize Performance: Spearhead research into optimizing inference latency and energy efficiency in neural networks.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with quantum computing researchers and data scientists to integrate hybrid models.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency and fairness in automated decision-making systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers in adopting modern best practices.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Futuristic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Quantum Savvy: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography.
