Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions designed for the high-throughput demands of the 2026 digital economy.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency using modern MLOps practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing, to drive our strategic technology roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and deploying conversational AI agents.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
