Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale data processing by 2026.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive modeling into core operational workflows.
- Define Roadmaps: Create long-term technical strategies that bridge current capabilities with future technological breakthroughs.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex concepts into executable technical solutions.
- Sustainability & Efficiency: Optimize system architectures for minimal energy consumption and maximum computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
