Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Technology Roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon, aligning technical capabilities with business growth goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Neuro-interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with our Research & Development teams to pilot and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technological concepts into clear business value propositions for executive leadership and investors.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape by 2026.
- Legacy Transition: Lead the migration strategy from current systems to next-generation architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, including cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and Web3 protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully anticipating industry shifts and adapting organizational strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive consensus.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or Cloud Architecture certifications are highly preferred.
