Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios (2025-2030 timeframe)
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefs for executive boards and investment committees
- Oversee the implementation of strategic innovation pilots with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing future-facing frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains with quantifiable impact analysis
