Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Create predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of future-proof initiatives across product, tech, and operations
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions through scenario planning
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
