Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global market disruptions and geopolitical shifts to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation business models
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor horizon-scanning reports from MIT, World Economic Forum, and Gartner
- Oversee portfolio innovation pipeline with 5-year impact projections
- Champion sustainable and ethical implementation of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi method)
