Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable system architectures that support high-traffic environments and future growth.
- Cloud-Native Transformation: Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to cloud-native technologies, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
- AI Integration Strategy: Define technical strategies for integrating machine learning models and predictive analytics into core business operations.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Implement rigorous security protocols and disaster recovery plans to ensure 99.999% availability and data integrity.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge technology partners and tools that align with our long-term strategic roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming Proficiency: Strong command of at least two modern languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, or Java) and proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges and drive solutions from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
