- Develop cross-platform security protocols for decentralized networks
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies (Web3, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technical strategy with 2026 market projections
- Present quarterly blueprints for 5-year technology roadmaps to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems architecture with 5+ in quantum/AI integration
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and serverless architectures
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future computing paradigms
- Advanced certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Quantum)
- Proven track record of deploying systems at petabyte-scale
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on 2030+ tech
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
