Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Spearhead the end-to-end architecture for next-gen AI and cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Future-Proofing: Implement systems designed to withstand and leverage the evolution of quantum computing and edge AI by 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and compliance frameworks to protect sensitive future-tech data assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate strategic vision into technical reality.
- Process Optimization: Streamline deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to accelerate time-to-market for new features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and how to integrate them into core infrastructure.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
