Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for system architecture, identifying emerging technologies to integrate by the target year.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable and resilient cloud architectures that can handle projected data loads and user growth.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype technologies such as AI-driven automation and edge computing to enhance system performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect data integrity in line with 2026 regulatory standards.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects in adopting best practices for long-term software maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Expert knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
