Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, scalable cloud architecture using AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes to support our 2026 roadmap.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI models into core systems, optimizing for efficiency and data privacy.
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Spearhead initiatives to fortify our infrastructure against evolving cyber threats and ensure compliance with SOC2 and GDPR.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, reducing latency and improving throughput.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proficiency in Docker and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including serverless and containerization technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
