Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems for next-gen AI workloads.
- Lead the research and integration of quantum-ready software protocols.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI-human interaction.
- Oversee code reviews and enforce best practices for security and scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical training programs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, distributed systems, or AI infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale software solutions.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks and quantum computing concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
